ABOUT MUAY THAI
Muay Thai, also known as “Thai Boxing”, or the “Art of Eight Limbs” is a combat sport that originates in Thailand and utilizes punches, kicks, elbows, and knees to create openings for eight points of contact, which is what makes it different from other striking arts such as western boxing and kickboxing. Not only will you learn how to fight in a safe and technical manner, but you'll also learn essential self defense skills and improve overall strength and stamina.

While most students join classes to learn new skills and improve their overall fitness, students will also have the opportunity to move up the ranks and compete once they reach a certain level. No matter what level you're starting from, you will learn proper striking technique as well as blocking, movement, and timing all while getting a great work out!
